This flat features a modern, bright and functional design, with a minimalist aesthetic based on neutral tones — whites, greys and beiges — combined with warm touches in the furniture and textiles.
Bedroom
The bedroom is a cosy and well-utilised space. It has a 160 × 190 cm double bed, dressed with white bedding and decorative cushions in soft tones that add warmth. The room has indirect lighting and reading lights, as well as a large built-in wardrobe with smooth grey doors. The atmosphere is calm and tidy, ideal for rest. The bedroom leads directly to the bathroom, which maintains the same modern and functional style.
Living area
The living room is spacious and bright, with a layout designed to offer comfort both day and night. It has a 140 × 190 cm double bed, discreetly integrated into the space, and a single sofa bed, both designed to comfortably accommodate additional guests while maintaining the same level of comfort.
The room has a flat-screen television, desk and additional seating, as well as air conditioning and plenty of natural light thanks to the exterior window.
Kitchen and dining room
The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped, with white furniture with straight lines that reinforce the feeling of spaciousness and cleanliness. It includes an oven, integrated microwave, coffee maker, toaster and ample storage space.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a round white table and designer chairs in warm colours that add personality to the space. There is also a second desk-style table or side table, ideal for working or informal meals.
Style and comfort
The entire flat has recessed ceiling lighting, continuous grey flooring and a very consistent design throughout. The overall effect is one of order, comfort and modernity, making it perfect for both short and long stays, whether for work or tourism.

If your arrival is delayed beyond 11:00 p.m., you can still check in yourself at no extra cost. However, if due to circumstances beyond our control (delays, incidents, etc.) you need assistance in person outside of these hours, we can send someone to help you; in this case, a supplement will apply.
We offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to availability. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
For reservations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be ready at 4:00 p.m.; in these cases, check-in may be delayed until 6:00 p.m. if necessary for proper preparation.
Please note:
Noisy parties or gatherings are not permitted.
No more people than those indicated in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
Beds and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests.
Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave and take out the trash daily (there are bins outside the building).
The apartment must be left tidy upon departure.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guests must present a valid ID and sign the guest registration form. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
If you forget any personal items, we will store them for a limited time, but it will be the guest's responsibility to arrange for their collection.
