This flat has a completely independent entrance, offering privacy and comfort. It is designed to accommodate up to 2 people, thanks to its double bed of 140x190 cm.

Air conditioning, perfect for maintaining the ideal temperature all year round.
Dining area with table and chairs, suitable for the maximum capacity of the accommodation.
Kitchen equipped with the essentials: microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and basic kitchenware (plates, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc.).
Important: For reasons of hygiene, no foodstuffs are left behind. Oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea are not included. We appreciate your understanding.
Space for your luggage
For your convenience, the flat has a donkey with hangers where you can organise your clothes and belongings in a practical way during your stay.
Completed bathroom
The bathroom is completed with everything you need for your stay: shower gel and towels.
The main bed has bedside tables on both sides and plug sockets nearby, ideal for charging devices without leaving the sleeping area.
Facilities for families with babies
If you are travelling with a baby, we offer additional equipment to make your stay more comfortable:
Cot: available for a supplement of €30.
Highchair: available at an additional cost of €20.
If you need both, the joint price is 40 € (cot 30 € + highchair 10 €).

The usual check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. There is no additional charge for arriving within this time frame. If your arrival is delayed beyond 11:00 p.m., you can still check in yourself at no extra cost. However, if due to circumstances beyond our control (delays, incidents, etc.) you need assistance in person outside of these hours, we can send someone to help you; in this case, a supplement will apply.
We offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to availability. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
For reservations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be ready at 4:00 p.m.; in these cases, check-in may be delayed until 6:00 p.m. if necessary for proper preparation.
Please note:
Noisy parties or gatherings are not permitted.
No more people than those indicated in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
Beds and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests.
Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave and take out the trash daily (there are bins outside the building).
The apartment must be left tidy upon departure.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guests must present a valid ID and sign the guest registration form. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
If you forget any personal items, we will store them for a limited time, but it will be the guest's responsibility to arrange for their collection.
