The studio is designed for two guests and features a comfortable 140x190 cm double bed, with bedside tables and power outlets on both sides so you can easily charge your devices without leaving your bed.
The space invites you to relax, with a TV for your downtime and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature all year round. A dining table with chairs creates a welcoming spot for breakfast, remote work, or a quiet dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, and basic kitchenware, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. For hygiene reasons, food items such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and tea are not provided.

If your arrival is delayed beyond 11:00 p.m., you can still check in yourself at no extra cost. However, if due to circumstances beyond our control (delays, incidents, etc.) you need assistance in person outside of these hours, we can send someone to help you; in this case, a supplement will apply.
We offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to availability. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
For reservations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be ready at 4:00 p.m.; in these cases, check-in may be delayed until 6:00 p.m. if necessary for proper preparation.
Please note:
Noisy parties or gatherings are not permitted.
No more people than those indicated in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
Beds and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests.
Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave and take out the trash daily (there are bins outside the building).
The apartment must be left tidy upon departure.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guests must present a valid ID and sign the guest registration form. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
If you forget any personal items, we will store them for a limited time, but it will be the guest's responsibility to arrange for their collection.
