With independent access, the flat guarantees total privacy. Its space is designed for two people and is functionally organised around a comfortable 140x190 cm bed, equipped with bedside tables and sockets on both sides for added convenience.
The room has air conditioning to maintain the perfect temperature at all times. It also has a dining area with a table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and basic kitchenware, ready for you to prepare your meals with freedom. For hygiene reasons, food products such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided.
The full bathroom is equipped with everything you need for your daily routine, and there is also a handy clothes rack with hangers for organising your clothes and luggage with ease.
If you are travelling with your family, you can request a cot (€30), high chair (€20) or both for €40, giving prior notice so that everything is ready for your arrival.

If your arrival is delayed beyond 11:00 p.m., you can still check in yourself at no extra cost. However, if due to circumstances beyond our control (delays, incidents, etc.) you need assistance in person outside of these hours, we can send someone to help you; in this case, a supplement will apply.
We offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to availability. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
For reservations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be ready at 4:00 p.m.; in these cases, check-in may be delayed until 6:00 p.m. if necessary for proper preparation.
Please note:
Noisy parties or gatherings are not permitted.
No more people than those indicated in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
Beds and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests.
Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave and take out the trash daily (there are bins outside the building).
The apartment must be left tidy upon departure.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guests must present a valid ID and sign the guest registration form. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
If you forget any personal items, we will store them for a limited time, but it will be the guest's responsibility to arrange for their collection.
