Modern, fully equipped studio apartment that can accommodate up to four people, designed to offer comfort and efficiency in a well-organised, bright setting. The space is open plan with large windows that let in plenty of natural light throughout the day. The sleeping area has a 180 × 190 cm king-size bed and a double sofa bed of the same size, allowing for a comfortable layout for both individual and shared stays.
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for practical, everyday use. It includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher and a full range of kitchenware, offering all the necessary amenities for short or medium stays. The studio also has air conditioning, a SMART TV and a large wardrobe for storing luggage and personal belongings.
The bathroom has a contemporary and functional design, equipped with a shower and modern finishes. The apartment as a whole stands out for its balance between contemporary design and functionality, creating a comfortable and well-designed environment.
The property is located in an area with excellent amenities. There is a LIDL supermarket and a Basic Fit gym nearby, making it easy to manage day-to-day life without having to travel far. The location is particularly convenient, approximately a 10-minute walk from Nuevos Ministerios, in the Chamberí district.
In terms of transport links, the area offers multiple public transport options. The Cuatro Caminos underground station is about 350 metres away; from there, line 2 takes you to Puerta del Sol in seven stops and to Cibeles in nine. There is also a bus stop (Santa Engracia - María de Guzmán) on the same street as the flat. Line 149, in the direction of Plaza de Castilla, connects to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium in approximately seven stops.
This is a well-established, quiet and functional neighbourhood with a balanced mix of housing, local shops and professional services.
The area has a wide range of supermarkets, specialist shops, pharmacies, medical centres and gyms, making everyday life easier without the need for long journeys. It also has a varied range of restaurants and services, naturally integrated into the residential environment.
In terms of transport, the neighbourhood stands out for its excellent connectivity. It has several bus lines in the vicinity and close access to underground stations such as Cuatro Caminos and Nuevos Ministerios, allowing quick and direct connections to the city centre and other strategic areas of Madrid. The usual check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. There is no additional charge for arriving within this time frame. If your arrival is delayed beyond 11:00 p.m., you can still check in yourself at no extra cost. However, if due to circumstances beyond our control (delays, incidents, etc.) you need assistance in person outside of these hours, we can send someone to help you; in this case, a supplement will apply.
We offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to availability. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
For reservations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be ready at 4:00 p.m.; in these cases, check-in may be delayed until 6:00 p.m. if necessary for proper preparation.
Please note:
Noisy parties or gatherings are not permitted.
No more people than those indicated in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
Beds and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests.
Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave and take out the trash daily (there are bins outside the building).
The apartment must be left tidy upon departure.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guests must present a valid ID and sign the guest registration form. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
If you forget any personal items, we will store them for a limited time, but it will be the guest's responsibility to arrange for their collection.
From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If necessary, do not hesitate to contact me through the Airbnb platform or the group that you will have at your disposal.
