It has air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature at any time of year. The dining area, with a table and chairs, creates a versatile corner for both breakfast and work. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and basic kitchenware, ready for you to prepare your favourite dishes. For hygiene reasons, food items such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee or tea are not included.
The full bathroom offers everything you need for your daily comfort. In addition, you will have a practical clothes rack with hangers to easily organise your clothes and luggage.
If you are travelling with a baby, you can request a cot (€30), high chair (€20) or both for €40, giving advance notice so that everything is ready for your arrival.

However, if due to circumstances beyond our control (delays, incidents, etc.) you need assistance in person outside of these hours, we can send someone to help you; in this case, a supplement will apply.
We offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to availability. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
For reservations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be ready at 4:00 p.m.; in these cases, check-in may be delayed until 6:00 p.m. if necessary for proper preparation.
Please note:
Noisy parties or gatherings are not permitted.
No more people than those indicated in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
Beds and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests.
Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave and take out the trash daily (there are bins outside the building).
The apartment must be left tidy upon departure.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guests must present a valid ID and sign the guest registration form. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
If you forget any personal items, we will store them for a limited time, but it will be the guest's responsibility to arrange for their collection.
From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If necessary, do not hesitate to contact me through the Airbnb platform or the group that you will have at your disposal.
